However, some anxiety-related issues and serious lung conditions can also cause similar symptoms along with rapid heartbeat and possible tingling in your hands and legs. This could be accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, or pain just below your ribcage. Usually, pain that is heart-related spreads to your arm, jaw or face. ![]()
